"Fortunato No. 4 is the standard by which fine chocolate must be measured."
- Pastry Chef Norman Love

The amount of chocolate we have available for the general public is in limited supply due to demand from pastry chefs and chocolatiers. If you are a chocolate lover, don't hesitate! Get a bar or two today before we run out.

Don't forget that these 1.1 pound bars actually cost less, ounce for ounce, than a mid-level bar from the grocery store.

Each Fortunato No. 4 chocolate bar weighs 1.1 pounds with 5 connected 3.5-ounce bars. Once limited to elite chocolatiers, our organically grown USDA certified Pure Naçional chocolate bars are now available to the public at wholesale prices! Fortunato Chocolate is known for its rich fruit and nutty flavors, floral aroma, smooth texture, and lack of bitterness.

The Pure Naçional trees that grow the cacao have the distinction of being the oldest, rarest, and most sought after in the world. So rare in fact, that they were thought to be extinct by the early 20th century, wiped out by disease. The happenstance discovery in the remote Marañón Canyon of Peru by Dan Pearson and Brian Horsley would eventually lead the founding of Fortunato No. 4 and the reintroduction of the world to this exquisite tasting chocolate.

Undeniable goodness

I have loved chocolate for many decades, and still keep searching for trur awesomeness. I have quit searching, because I found it in the Fortunato No. 4 dark chocolate. I can easily imagine it used to make fudge, and incredibly good scones, to grudgingly drizzle it over cookies, use it for toffee, hide it in a secure place where others won't find it....
I am overjoyed with this chocolate. I'd suggest you try it before my supply runs out, because I'm saving for more, lots more.
Yes, it IS that good!

I use this chocolate to make the best fudge. I'm very satisfied with this product.

A bit unusual cutting your own chocolate, but I don't leave any scraps. I have a friend who sends me chocolate from France, this compares well.

Heavenly chocolate

I made the best chocolate mousse ever with this dark chocolate.
Wow. Whipped cream on top, and then, nirvana.
So damn good. Just ordered two more bricks.
Can’t say enough.

Best chocolate ever!

Usually dark chocolate is bitter & easy. Not this! Smooths, creamy, dark, not over-sweet, and not bitter at all. Fantastic!
