Why this is a pre-order.

We are making these bars from the 2026 cacao harvest specifically for this run. The cacao must be harvested, fermented, dried, shipped from Peru to Switzerland, made into chocolate by our longtime Swiss chocolate-making partner, then shipped to us in Issaquah, Washington.

That takes time, but it is the only way to bring these bars back properly.
