I love mint. I mean, I really really love it. I bought these because I thought, "well, we'll see!" They are delicious and deliver the perfect ratio of minty-zing, cookie-snap and smooth chocolate (and I am not a dark chocolate fan). There are few things better in life than Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies, and these just might better. Wait, did I just stay that?
