Fortunato Dark Chocolate Raisins

A sophisticated take on a classic.

Here is a higher quality version of one of everybody's favorite childhood treats!

Growing up, we all remember eating raisinets. They were great because they had chewy, dark stone fruit flavored raisin filling on the inside. On the outside, you had the milk sweetness of the milk chocolate.

We've upgraded this for a more adult audience.

On the inside, we are using plump, organically grown raisins. On the outside we are using our award winning 68% Fortunato No. 4 dark chocolate. This gives you the great taste and texture that you remember with significantly less sugar. The high quality raisins and dark chocolate make this a sophisticated take on a childhood favorite.

From our family business to you, enjoy!

Fortunato Chocolate is known for its rich fruit and nutty flavors, floral aroma, smooth texture, and lack of bitterness.

The Pure Naçional trees that grow the cacao used in our chocolate have the distinction of being the oldest, rarest, and most sought after in the world. So rare in fact, that they were thought to be extinct by the early 20th century, wiped out by disease. The happenstance discovery in a remote valley of the northern Peruvian jungle by Dan Pearson and Brian Horsley would eventually lead the founding of Fortunato No. 4 and the reintroduction of the world to this exquisite tasting chocolate.

All of our confections are made by hand in our chocolate kitchen in Issaquah, WA.

The amount of chocolate we have available for the general public is in limited supply due to demand from pastry chefs and chocolatiers. If you are a chocolate lover, don't hesitate!

  • 68% Fortunato No. 4 Dark Chocolate
    • organically grown cacao and cocoa butter 68%
    • cane sugar 32%
  • Organic raisins

      Chocolate raisins

They tasted good, but they did not look like the picture. They were shriveled and whitish brown. They looked like they were packaged a while ago.

      Excellent in all respects!

As a first time customer of Fortunato, we are very happy with both the product and the service. We'd reached out prior to placing a first order and the response was both quick and empathetic. The order arrived on time and was very popular with the family and friends during the holiday period. High quality and delicious.

Muchas gracias a todos con Fortunato! Y, buen ano nuevo!
