These delectable dark chocolate covered s'mores are made with organic graham crackers, sweetened with honey, and a premium, vegan marshmallow. We chose the vegan marshmallow not because it is vegan, but because it is of extremely high quality and delicious.

Next, we enrobe the graham cracker-marshmallow sandwich in our wonderful Fortunato No. 4 68% dark chocolate. When you bite into this s'more, you taste the honey from the graham cracker, the vanilla from the marshmallow, and all of the delicate, sophisticated notes from the 68% dark chocolate.

What we love most about these chocolate covered s'mores is that they are sophisticated enough for a true chocolate lover to enjoy, while still being fun and yummy enough for a little kid to get excited about. I used to make and heat by hand a long time ago. The chocolate covering is very good and goes well with the crunchy interior. Thanks. Great job!

Yummy s’mores!

These were delicious. My only criticism is that they are a bit crumbly, the graham cracker layer that is, so it’s easy to lose parts of it if you aren’t sitting down with a plate.

Scrumptious!!

I did not initally order S'mores because I don't like sticky, overly sweet candies. But in Adam Pearson's book, Finding Fortunato (which I also recommend), he describes the development of S'mores as a not-too-sweet confection with adult appeal as well as kids. So I had to take a chance. What a great gamble!! These are a perfect combination of textures and tastes - I will definitely be ordering more (when the weather cools).

I've never bought pre-made s'mores before. I didn't even know they were a thing until I saw these. I don't eat a lot of sweets, so maybe there's a pre-made s'mores market I don't know about. Well, if there is, then I'm sure these would be at the top of the ranking. I was thinking the cinnamon from the graham crackers might overshadow the chocolate and marshmallow, but everything seemed pretty well balanced. I think I'll wait until the weather cools down before I order more. I bought some of these and the little dark chocolate mini squares and both came a bit melted. I knew this would probably happen, but wanted to try them out anyway. I just tossed them in the fridge to harden up and then broke them apart when they firmed up. It's not a huge deal unless you didn't pay attention to the hot weather warning. It's an easy fix if you're not impatient.
