These cacao nibs were perfect in buttery sable cookies with almonds and diced prunes. I would have preferred if they were put through a winnower so I didn't need to sort through them for shells. Otherwise, very tasty!

These nibs are the best. I’ve tried other brands and they are bitter. Fortunato nibs are powerful little chocolate flavor bursts! I add them to all kinds of cereal, hot and cold.

Absolutely delicious!

I grind the nibs in a spice grinder and add the fine grounds to anything I'm making that uses chocolate. The ground nibs give a high powered boost of chocolate flavor to everything. Wonderful!

Not very tasty on their own. The version with blueberries was better, a lot better.

Not very tasty on their own. Like eating wood chips. An earlier version with blueberries was much better.
