"I am a chocoholic. This chocolate made with Peruvian Pure Nacional beans is the best chocolate I have ever tasted."
- Chef and Restauranteur Eric Ripert

If you are a chocolate lover, don't hesitate! Get a bar or two today before we run outDon't forget that these bars actually cost less, ounce for ounce, than a mid-level bar from the grocery store.

Once limited to elite chocolatiers, our organically grown USDA certified Pure Naçional chocolate bars are now available to the public at wholesale prices! Fortunato Chocolate is known for its rich fruit and nutty flavors, floral aroma, smooth texture, and lack of bitterness.

The Pure Naçional trees that grow the cacao have the distinction of being the oldest, rarest, and most sought after in the world. So rare in fact, that they were thought to be extinct by the early 20th century, wiped out by disease. The happenstance discovery in the remote Marañón Canyon of Peru by Dan Pearson and Brian Horsley would eventually lead the founding of Fortunato No. 4 and the reintroduction of the world to this exquisite tasting chocolate.

The BEST Chocolate Ever!!

I love this chocolate! I previously order the 36% and absolutely am in love with it!! They were out of the 36% so I ordered the 47% thinking it would be ok. It was great! Just as good as the 36%. It truly is amazing chocolate!!

This is my favorite

I like the lighter milk chocolate, but it's too sweet. I like the dark, and I love to have some around but most of the time it's a bit too heavy. The 47% milk comes right in between; a square makes a perfect taste treat. But of course everyone should try all of them to compare for themselves!

Very nice hybrid

Hard to describe this other than to say it is a great surprise to those who like the range of chocolate that Fortunato offers. Yes, they do about the best with a relatively small selection - however, their goal was not diversity, but superiority . . . they have met this and gone beyond. I like all three varieties, and I would probably rank them with this particular blend in the third place - this is not in terms of deliciousness, but in personal preference. You want to experience each blend for yourself, and you may not agree with what so many say - hey, personal taste IS personal taste. For me, pure chocolate IS Fortunato.
